Do you create custom orders?

We typically work with customers to create a piece they truly love, but do have limitations. Currently, we accept these specific custom orders for our lariat necklaces:

  • If you have a specific bead color you would prefer over the others we provide for our lariat necklaces and we do not carry it, please send us an email with the color you would like and we will work with you to get that color.

  • if you see a pendant you would prefer on a different necklace rather than one that it is currently on

Please email us with your custom orders.

Custom orders must be paid in full prior to the creation of it. Also, custom orders cannot be canceled.

How do I clean my jewelry?

We recommend using a soft dry cloth to wipe off any dirt, debris or light tarnishing for our jewelry. It is recommended to remove jewelry while bathing, washing hands, applying lotions or perfumes and coming into any contact with other liquids.

Help! My lariat necklace fell out of its’ loop. How can I fix this?

For some lariat necklaces, the pendant does not fit through its loop. There is a simple process to get your necklace back into its original setting. Please send us an email through our Contact Page and we will send you a pictured step-by-step process so you can wear your lariat necklace again!

All of our jewelry is crafted by hand so we ensure our best quality through every piece. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your jewelry and returned within 14 days. We will gladly work with you on your return.

All returns will be credited for the original purchase amount, less shipping fees and discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Amount will be credited once jewelry is received. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages.
